By default, the primary map image is the one at the top of the files list. You can override this by renaming any of the images with "0" in front to bring it to the top.

For videos, make a new tab in the media section and insert the video code using the video ID:

Description

The Killing Floor (retail) map is made by Kicker. I just revised it to make the map run regularly having regular zombie spawns and have the map have traders. NOTE: The player must follow a certain procedure in order to go through the map. This is how Kicker wants the map to go. My suggestion is BUY 5 PIPEBOMBS at the start of the game. You have to place them at several locations in order to gain access.
