Close previewi dont like to give ratings in numbers so here you go:
good: map, lots of corners and ambushes put a cqb feel in my mind
i like the many weldable doors
music (very good feeling music, no music during combat though?)
improve these: lighting (slightly overdone)
textures (you need more, only about 10 doesnt cut it)
purpose (player needs to feel what went on where he is)
no music in combat! it needs music!
custom objects (adding in something you have to think to get past would be cool too, kinda like a puzzle, but more like lightswitches or a switch that opens and/or fully welds doors. also adding in some cool objects like a xray machine, furniture, stuffed trophy animals, clown statues… would give your map a completely unique feel, and i think this map has the most potential for being a widely used if not official one.)
the verdict: this map is megan fox out of jessica alba, its pretty good how it is but it will be totally hot if you put some time and work into it.

You've done an excellent job in creating a map that really captures the atmosphere KF needs, with the sinister manor upstairs and the dark lab downstairs, also, the music is a fantastic piece of dark piano, very well done!
